Where do we ship?

We ship across Europe and internationally. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, contact us before placing your order.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Cyprus: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible at giorgosmouzouras1@gmail.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it.

Returns

Return policy

We want you to love your Hoodols. If something isn't right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty

How to return

Email us at giorgosmouzouras1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at giorgosmouzouras1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
